FixPixelated Terms of Service

There is no effective date or contracting party for this beta draft. Verified entity, address, registration, and jurisdiction details must be added only after legal review.

No age, capacity, or acceptance rule is currently in effect. Visitors should not treat this draft as a contract until a legally reviewed eligibility rule and the action that constitutes acceptance are published.

The intended service requires users to own or have permission to process every upload and to grant only the limited rights needed to validate, process, store temporarily, deliver, and delete it. The current beta sends explicitly submitted images to Kie.ai for generative processing. Do not submit sensitive media while region, training, subprocessor, retention, and deletion facts remain unresolved.

Future counsel-reviewed terms must address:

• Unlawful content and violations of another person’s rights.
• Quota, access-control, or security abuse.
• Malicious files or attempts to access another user’s job.
• Attempts to recover deliberately hidden, censored, or redacted information.

This list records the intended safety boundary; it is not a substitute for final legal text.

Output may estimate detail, contain artifacts, or alter appearance and color. It must not be treated as evidence for identity, medical, legal, safety-critical, forensic, or archival-authenticity decisions. FixPixelated does not promise perfection, original quality, losslessness, speed, availability, or a particular outcome.

The beta access model is tied to the current browser. Clearing its owner cookie, refreshing after in-memory state is lost, or switching devices may remove access to a task. Kie documents temporary files, but its deletion wording is inconsistent, and this beta does not expose Delete now or promise an exact retention or physical-deletion time. Read the Privacy Policy draft for the current boundary.

Processing may be paused for safety, privacy, quality, cost, maintenance, provider, or incident reasons. No customer pricing or free-tier commitment is published or implied by this beta.

A final policy must distinguish user rights in uploaded files from rights in the FixPixelated brand, software, and documentation. No feedback licence is asserted because feedback collection is not active.

No disclaimer, liability cap, indemnity term, governing law, court, dispute process, or consumer-rights carve-out is supplied here. Generic boilerplate would be misleading. Counsel-approved text remains a material public beta limitation.
